Beta access
thaiapp is offered as a beta program while the curriculum is being built out. Joining the beta list via this website gives you early access information; it does not create a contract, obligation, or guarantee of service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of thaiapp at any time.
Acceptable use
Use the website and app for lawful, personal learning only. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the site at scale, or misuse the signup form (for example with automated submissions). We may remove signups we believe are fraudulent.
Content and licensing
The thaiapp name, logo, website, and app content are owned by the thaiapp team. Vocabulary, audio, and stroke data used inside the app come from openly licensed sources as credited in the app; nothing on this website grants you a license to redistribute them.
No warranty; limitation of liability
thaiapp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
